Kane Brewing - Epic Overhead

Epic Overhead is an exceptional 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with a similar flavor profile to its younger brother, Overhead. To achieve its distinctive flavor, we added a slight bittering addition in the kettle with Columbus hops before a large dose of Centennial in the whirlpool. We added a large charge of Simcoe in the first dry hop and added a second round of Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a truly layered experience. Epic Overhead pours with an unfiltered pale haze and brings a blend of clean citrus and pine, complemented by subtle notes of resin.
