Enigma Sanderijn

A hazy, close to copper colored beer with a small white head. A bit weak aroma, with pale malts, yeast, some spiced hints and a good dash of fruityness. It's medium bodied and semi-dry, with a nice carbonation, pale malts, generic fruityness and some pine cones, yeast and pepper. Fruity finish. Sanderijn is a key character in a Middle Dutch drama, with a story similar to Romeo and Juliet. On the label, Sanderijn is depicted with the knight Lanseloet.
