Brew York - Empress Tonkoko Heaven Hill Edition 2021

Brewed and released just once a year the Barrel Aged Empress Tonkoko spends 12 months in a unique selection of Bourbon barrels each year. Heaven Hill barrels were used this year for the first time. The bourbon depth and smoothness brings added complexity and balance to an already sublime beer. Look out for the ‘Buffalo Trace’ barrel aged version that returns for 2021 as the favourite from last year’s release.
