Beer description
In collaboration with Artisan Wines, we brewed a beer which we aged in Geodoro barrels together with sour morels and a wild yeast. An insanely beautiful character this beer has: funky, sour, sweet from the fruit. Complex and very fine at the same time. The tannins from the red wine barrels come through nicely and give extra body to this cherry.
