Red Rock Brewery Elephino Double IPA

Hoppy-Citrusy-Resinous: "Elephant" was the original name of our hop-centric, flagship ale. A certain mass producing lager brewery in Denmark with a beer of the same name stripped our Double IPA of the "Elephant" title. A group of frustrated Red Rock staff was tasked with finding a new name. Story has it, someone said, "what on earth are we going to name this beer?" Another replied, "hell if I know!" The misheard "Elephino" was a unanimous choice.
