Beer description
Bamberg Eisbock is our version of Weizen Bock Dunkel, which goes through a freezing process where part of the water in the beer is removed, increasing the alcohol content from 8.2% to 12%. This process allows for a concentration of aromas and flavours reminiscent of plums, toffee and dried fruit. Harmonises with desserts, mouldy cheeses and spicy foods.
