Beer description
Depending on the vintage, the bock comes with between 12 and 18 revolutions - not for the faint-hearted. But that's not all. The Eisbock, which is only brewed once a year in small quantities, is allowed to mature again for several months in special wooden barrels that were previously filled with high-quality spirits. Approximately 16 months pass from the time the malt grain is broken open in the brewhouse to the enjoyment of the good drop.
Limited vintage brew - matured in Williams Christ pear / port wine barrels in 2020.
