Eight Lemon Drop Single Hop IPA

For the first in our 2017 Single Hop India Pale Ale – or SHIPA – series, we’ve gone with the evocatively named Lemon Drop. The new kid on the American, Super Cascadian hop block, this incredibly aromatic hop brings a cocktail of flavours to the IPA style. It’s all about the tart lemony citrus here, mixed with mint, green tea and a hint of melon. Pucker up and drop everything for this aromatic delight
