Schloss Eggenberg - Nessie

The medium pore white crown is stable on average. The whiskey salts used are already clearly in the nose with an intense malty spicy flavor .. In the Antrunk then also with distinct malt flavors, something of honey and caramel. Smoky roasted aromas are already noticeable, albeit in the background, together with some citrus fruit. A beautiful malting body forms and the malt plays on the palate and tongue. In the after-roast, the roasted aromas and slightly smoky notes become a bit more dominant and remain for a long time as a pleasant aftertaste.
