Beer description
Pours a clear, medium copper amber color, with three fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and sudsy ecru head, which leaves some decent layered tabletop cloud lace around the glass as it slowly and evenly recedes. It smells of grainy, lightly doughy caramel paints, a further toffee sweetness, white crackers, and some soft earthy, leafy, and mildly grassy hop bitterness. The taste is semi-sweet, grainy and bready caramel paints, honeyed crackers, a faint red apple fruitiness, and tamer leafy, weedy, and hay-like noble hop bitters. The carbonation is quite low and hard to really round on an example of its franchise, the body on the light side of an average middleweight, and generally smooth, all that paints just gliding by as if on rails. It finishes well off-dry, that is toasted bready and biscuit character.
Very festive like beer in taste
