Edelweiss - Gamsbock

Slightly cloudy wheat beer with a color tending towards orange, but which already attracts attention. Good white, medium-pored head of foam, which is also beautifully stable. The nose deals with quite intense sweetish malty caramel notes and beautiful fruity banana, as well as a pleasantly accompanying sour note. Very grainy notes in the initial taste with deep fruity banana and citrus fruit. This also results in a nice acidic accompaniment, which dampens the alcohol a bit. This is very present in this beer without being intrusive. The sweet notes accompany the aftertaste, where the alcohol now becomes more dominant and ignites its warming properties. At the same time, yeasty notes and some bitter hops are now clearly perceptible in the finish.
