Eagle Bay - Oaked Vienna Lager

Oaked Vienna Lager has complexity, but it's a beer for drinking, especially as the weather cools. A complex & round palate from the use of French oak while remaining crisp and so drinkable. Eagle Bay Brewing and Copper & Oak have teamed up again to bring you the latest iteration of our OVL. Starting with a luscious caramel and biscuit malt base was, we cold condition OVL for 5 weeks on French oak, adding complexity, a rounded mouthfeel and a deliciously crisp finish. Our modern take on a traditional European beer style, OVL is a collaboration between long time friends, brewed for timeless drinkability. All wrapped up in a VHS tape inspired, future retro can designed by our mate Big Chief Design.
