Beer description
Fermented with Tacoma’s wild yeast, barrel-aged with cherries from our friends at Diamondback Acres. Nice aroma of cherry and cherry pits, some cheese, sour. Strong sour flavour, coming with strong juice character too, raspberries rather than cherries, a bit tannic in the finish.
