Aroma is of blackberries, light funk, herbal notes and mild oak presence. Taste features a sharp acidity along blackberries fruitiness, funk, brettanomyces and herbal notes. Medium body. Low carbonatation. Vinous mouthfeel. Finish is a tad mouth puckering and drying.
