Beer description

With Strisselspalt and Brewsers Gold hops. Amber-colored, clear beer with almost white, large head of foam. Malty-grainy smell, slightly grassy-hop, caramel and toasted notes. Grainy flavor with some caramel and grassy hop notes, slightly alcoholic. Slightly malty finish.

Für ein Grand Cru schmeckt es zu stark nach Alkohol. Dabei hat es für ein Grand Cru 'nur' 8%. Könnte wesentlich geschmeidiger, vollmundiger und smoother schmecken. Schade eigentlic…
