Durham Redemption

This original beer follows in the tradition of strong Belgian beers, having their roots in Trappist practice. Tasting Notes: An intriguing malt selection, including melanoidin and munich malts, and maturation for a year in oak whisky casks with a Belgian yeast has given a highly attenuated beer with flavours of dried fruits, sherry and whisky.
