Beer description

Classic bavarian dark wheat beer. In collaboration with Ayinger, the brewery has decided to combine both stylistic approaches and create a completely new, rich and malty version of the style. Brewed in an open fermenter so that the authentic Bavarian yeast starch can shine with the complex aromas of banana bread, caramel malt and cloves.
