Beer description
A lean grist with 100% Pilsner malt, continuous additions of Simcoe, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin whole leaf during the boil, to layer up the bitterness. A hefty double-dry-hop of the same totalling 15g/L, over two additions. Vegan.
