Zeus slept on a bed of saffron threads. Alexander the Great washed his hair with saffron from Persia. Today we get intoxicated by beer with the miraculous bloom. Handpicked in Iran, we generously add the saffron threads during the brewing process. They give the beer a bright yellow color, the unusual saffron bouquet and a fine bitterness.
