Beer description
It was a very exciting task, because even if lager initially looks like a tutorial, we wanted to show the potential of this well-known style, which is also experiencing a renaissance among craft brewers around the world. We think it's a really good beer because it's high quality and based on traditional methods, but with some exciting innovations. We add aroma hops to the beer several times during the process, traditionally in the brewhouse during hops boiling, but also in a modern dry hopping process after fermentation. This is how this tangy, subtly citrus-like, crystal clear lager was created.
