Drake's Brewing - Flyway Pils

Flyway Pils is a north German style pils, which is characterized by high hops and a clean, dry body. This brewery combines extra high quality light German Pilsmalz with the most American ingredient of all, flake corn, which dries out the body nicely, and this brewery hops it exclusively with a fine American hop called Vanguard. The beer shows a nice spiciness with a subtle fruity note and ends clean and dry.
