Dr. Brauwolf - Röstigraben 2024

The "Röstigraben Brassin" beer series initiated in 2019 by the two "doctors", Dr Brauwolf (ZH) and Dr Gab's (VD), aims to build bridges across the various Swiss divides, whether linguistic, geographical or even political. In our sixth attempt to unite Switzerland with the help of craft beer, this year we have the help of Kaffemanufaktur Zürich from the neighbourhood of Dr. Brauwolf, the result; a Swiss Coffee IPA with locally roasted coffee beans and cherries (Cascara).
