Ei Piiiii Ey! It's 14 March again and therefore Pi Day. To celebrate this scientific day, we have come up with a new version of the I Pi A: a Hopfenweisse with 6% alcohol by volume. Wheat, oat flakes and crystal malt from naked oats were fermented with German wheat yeast and refined with American Sabro, Simcoe and Mosaic hop varieties. The result is an extremely drinkable, creamy IPA. Stay thirsty!
