Beer description
Toasted Pumpkin Ale with orange highlights and a persistent crown of foam. The characteristic sweetness of roasted pumpkin is surrounded by a blend of spices including cardamom and pepper on the nose and ginger on the palate. A warm and smooth beer, easy to drink with moderate bitterness.
Malts: Maris Otter, Amber, Brown, Dextrin, Caramalt, Crystal 240, Crystal 400, oat flakes.
Hops: Magnum, Saaz.
Yeast: Ale.
Others: organic pumpkin, cardamom, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla.
