North Brewing Co. - Double IPA

We’re honoured to have brewed up a deliciously dank DIPA with the amazing folk from Verdant. Our third collaboration uses Eclipse, Mosaic, Talus and Idaho 7 from the 2023 hop harvest, commanding fresh, succulent and juicy notes of pineapple, honey-dew melon, overripe mango, white peach, and soft, creamy coconut. All on a smooth, full-bodied base of extra pale malt, wheat and oats. To celebrate our years of friendship, this collaboration isn’t just about the beer! Our talented designer, Refold, sat with the brew teams from North and Verdant to find out their soundtracks to brew by – a further conversation on the art, culture and music surrounding craft beer.
