Beer description
We made a cyser (apple mead) with wildflower honey and added well over a hundred pounds of Medjool dates. Finished with orange zest and Ceylon cinnamon. Date, honey and apple flavors meld exceptionally well, with lively zip from orange zest and spicy warmth from the cinnamon. Sweet, smooth and subtle.
