Beer description
Of Belgian origin, it was very popular in Europe in the 17th century, but disappeared from the market at the end of the second world war, resurfacing in 1966 by the hands of a milkman who decided to make his own beer, using an old recipe kept in memory. Since then it has become a legend among beers, being highly sought after as a refreshing drink. It is also used as a dessert accompaniment, its color is light, but cloudy, as it is not filtered. It has a pleasantly citrusy and dry aroma and flavor.
It was the first Witbier to be launched in Brazil
