Old Plane IPA is a faithful representative of the American IPA style. It has 50 IBUs from American hops, Mosaic and Cascade, which bring very evident citrus notes and also floral notes.
The fruity and, at the same time, earthy aromas are due to Simcoe's dry hopping.
