Dorset Brewing - Jurassic

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
