Dominion City Brewing - Few And Far Between

Few and Far Between is an IPA that we brewed in collaboration with our friends from Counterpart Brewing in Niagara Falls. A beautifully rich aroma packed with passionfruit, lychee, white Haribo gummies. A tropical fruit salad. We used Freestyle Hops Mega Motueka (a blend of Motueka and Phantasm) in the whirlpool. Dry-hopped with loads of NZ Hops Superdelic™, Riwaka™ and Nelson Sauvin™ Cryo Hops® and a touch of Simcoe® for good luck.
