Brasserie Docteur Gab's - Cure hivernale cuvee 2019

For our first "vintage" winter cure, we started on the basis of India Pale Ale, which was reinterpreted for the very cold days by adding a dozen types of malt, more or less roasted! The result is a black beer that is supple due to the oats and fruity due to the massive addition of hops.
