Beer description
For 19 months Dock Street Brewery aged the base for one of the house Double IPAs, King Juice, in stainless steel with a house-cultured blend of Brettanomyces until the beer was transformed into something entirely different. Then they dry hopped heavily with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Ekuanot to compliment the aromas and flavors contributed by the Brett. The resulting beer is an indulgent wild ale, not overly tart but significantly funky with bold aromas of a strawberry-mango-pineapple smoothie and flavors of capri-sun summers and overripe fruit funkiness.
Hops
Ekuanot - HBC 366 dual hop, Mosaic - HBC 369 aromatic hop
