BIRBANT feat Warsaw Beer Festival Hops: Książęcy, Citra, Mosaic, Zeus Oldschool is the new newschool! Uncle Birbant, in collaboration with the Warsaw Beer Festival, is back on track with characterful, bitter IPAs. DIXANS is a Black IPA with concrete bitterness and a whole range of classic citrus and sunflower notes. Coconut and red orange also enter the composition, thanks to a secret weapon - the Polish variety of Książęcy hops. Rye malt gives the beer extra density, rounds out the texture and enriches DIXANS with a characteristic, slightly spicy aftertaste.
