Sakiskiu alus (Sakiskiu) - Distilerija Gin&Tonic IPA

Do you know what makes gin special? It’s spices that give this alcoholic beverage it’s spark. Juniper berries, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, allspice, rosemary. All of these were used in this brew to replicate gin character. But we’re talking about Gin Tonic here. So where’s tonic? No tonic in our beer please! Orange and lemon zest along with some citrusy Ahtanum and Azacca hops play this part. This beer was released as a collab. We worked with Distilerija bar in Vilnius.
