Oskar Blues - Dispatch 2

Simple grain bill consisting of Pilsner & Vienna malt allowing for a well rounded sip w/ slight cracker notes & a rounded cereal grain backbone. Pleasantly light herbal lemongrass & lemon notes from the bittering hop additions of Hallertau Mittelfuuh & Hallertau Saphir, w/out any lingering bitterness. No fining agents used to allow the yeast to progress the flavor and clarity as the beer matures.
