Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu - Dinkelacker Witwork Orange

In its country of origin Belgium, Witbier is flavored using orange peels. Committed to the purity law, the brewers at our brewery workshop racked their brains on how to achieve this with traditional ingredients. The solution: Mandarina Bavaria, a special, young type of hops. So now "Witwork Orange" smells like bitter oranges, mandarins, and herbs, and tastes like citrus fruits and passion fruit.
