This rich black coloured Imperial Saison’s pronounced bitterness is accompanied by deep notes of roasted malt. This version of the beer is aged in Pinot noir barrels. These impart aromas of wine, sustained by spicy yeast flavours, which are balanced by a delicately dry and complex finish.
