It’s the story of a forced marriage between two beers that were never destined to meet, but whose union produced an astonishing combination. The initial aromas are those of buckthorn berries. The mild astringent and acidic notes work to enhance the blend of fruit and Belgian yeast flavours. The finish is fresh and dry.
