Barley Wine aged in oak barrels.
This mahogany coloured winter beer offers complex aromas of fruit, alcohol and hops. It is lightly sweet and syrupy with a hint of burnt caramel. Aged several months in bourbon barrels, this version of the beer has a woody character which is complemented by aromas of vanilla and bourbon.
