Dieu du Ciel! Petit Detour Vin Rouge

Belgian-style IPA aged in oak barrels. Originally straw-coloured, this beer now displays coppery highlights, the result of aging in Maréchal Foch and Frontenac red wine barrels from Vignoble Rivière du Chêne. On the nose, aromas of red fruit mingle with the tropical signature of the hops used during brewing. While overall hop bitterness has mellowed, the distinctive tannins of Quebec grapes add freshness and complexity.
