Dieu du Ciel! Blanche Neige

Strong Wheat Beer Brewed with Spices. Blanche Neige (French for « Snow white ») isn’t your typical wit beer. Firstly, the level of alochol is surprising and is perceived rapidly both in the bouquet and in the mouth. Cinnamon and clove dominate and come through immediately, giving very little room for the usual wit beer aromatics (coriander and curaçao). The flavours are generously well-rounded thanks no doubt to residual sugars.
