St-Maurice is an ultra dry, cloudy blond with a complex nose of white flesh fruits, red wine and greenery aromas. Fermented with 100% wild yeasts in Tuscan red wine barrels, this beer offers on the palate a pleasant acidity and a straightforward and lasting bitterness.
