Beer description
Le Hérisson, an easily approachable beer with a sharp muzzle, is a blend of sour seasons aged in red wine and Banyuls barrels. Like the animal after which it was named, it shows a strong vitality. Its gentle cobnut and sour peach candy aromas make it quite lovable, which confirms the adage that claims that after all, one can pet an hedgehog without fear of getting stung. Le Hérisson is bottled in small quantities and never gets tired of pursuing its prey.
