DEYA Someting Good 3

Something Good is a new rotating IPA series, in which we are researching new ingredients, techniques and processes in the hope of finding something good ... We plan to publish something good every month this year. For the third iteration of Something Good, we used hand-picked Simcoe and Amarillo CRYO hops and a new drying hop technique. This SG came out very soft and juicy, but with fantastic (crisp) drinkability. Full of orange and citrus juice with a hint of pine and firm bitterness. Crazy.
