Beer description
Made using pomace from perry pears. Perry is an amazing drink, made from specific types of pear, fermented and then refermented in the bottle. It was known as "English Champagne", and is a pretty magical substance. Not to be confused with 'Pear Cider'!
Big aromas of oily white grapefruit, with a hint of salinity. Fleshy pear flavour leads towards guava then struck flint. The finish is more ripe pomme with some nectarineand a lean acidity. Made with fruit harvested in 2022 from Little Pomona.
