Beer description
A simple base beer brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak for one year. Re-fermented for 12 weeks with plums, harvested by us from a family orchard in May Hill. Intensely plummy with almond and marzipan complexity. Clean, fruity with a noticeable oaky structure to the beer - delicious!
