Our "Helles" stands for home. A mild beer for the region. Local barley malt develops an excellent golden yellow colour, German sapphire hops give this pale a distinctive aroma and taste. A pleasure all along the line. Caramel and roasted aromas from local malt really come into their own in the "Dark", both in colour and aroma. Traditional hop varieties such as Hersbrucker from the Hallertau give the dark beer a floral taste and a mild bitterness in the finish. This beer goes perfectly with the cold season and a hearty piece of meat.
