Beer description
An imperial pastry stout, in which two unusual ingredients were used: American marshmallows and bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar. The beer is impenetrably black with a creamy dark beige foam. The vanilla aroma immediately stands out in the nose, with hints of chocolate, coffee, and cotton candy. In the mouth, it is soft and velvety, with the sugar mellowing the body and concealing the alcohol content. The long, robust bitterness lends it balance and depth. A touch of vanilla and chocolate is added, enriching the drink. The finish is smooth and supported by the alcohol content, which dries out and cleanses the palate.
