Birra dell'Eremo - Stønes

A spontaneously fermented beer aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels of straw yellow color. On the nose, we find hints of cellar, mold, and a note of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is dry, with a grainy entry that gives way to a strong citrus note, which enhances its elegant acidity.
