Birra dell'Eremo - Madra - Sangiovese Italian Grape Ale

Madra is an Italian grape beer made with 30% Sangiovese juice. It is pale amber with pink reflections and has a white and fine foam crown. Typical notes of Sangiovese wine with predominant aromas of red fruits. The taste is initially soft and sweet with a sour finish to give lightness and freshness. Madra was produced in collaboration with Giacomo Baraldo Vigneron, Tuscan oenologist.
